The Owner

My name is Richard Winn and I am the owner and lead photographer for Winn Photography. I moved to Mesquite in 2005 and started Virgin Valley Design, my website company.

While pursing my degree in computer design I discovered photography. I found that I had a deep love of the art and began branching out my computer design business to include photography. What was once a way for me to enhance my websites has developed into an all consuming passion.

Jumping in with both feet I began free lancing for the local newspaper. Finding success and positive input on my pictures I began working for local companies and families. We pride ourselves in not “specializing” in one type of photography. My philosophy is that all pictures are beautiful and can be done with style, grace and a high degree of professionalism. I can take that picture that will please you.

Winn Photography pictures can still be seen routinely in the DVT, and on the web. Many of the pictures that are seen on the websites I have created are pictures that I have taken. We have worked for local families doing holiday pictures and action shots of their student athletes. Winn Photography is there to capture all your precious moments in time.
